VARENIKI WITH DIFFERENT CHEESES
Dough: Wheat flour, water, eggs, salt
Before cooking: Do not defrost the products, use directly from the refrigerator.
By following these three simple steps,in a few minutes you can prepare a healthy delicacy.
Add 500gr of product into 2-3lt slightly salted boiling water.
Stir slightly and periodically (avoid using metal or sharp kitchen tools to prevent damaging the product). Suggested boiling time 3-4 minutes.
Strain the pasta using strainer pot (do not pour the pasta into colander as you are accustomed to do with dried pasta) and serve with fresh melted butter or sauce of your preference.
